Decanted some big pots of Cassava today with @dwiiiijjj and @hui_annetan. The narrow leaved variety called SM150 produced some OK sized roots with flaky brown skin. @mcqkicdos the good news is that I fried them and they were so easy to cook and seriously delicious, not stiff like the last lot. I see what people mean by ‘sweet’ Cassava now. Tomorrow I’ll take quite a few cuttings of SM150.
